Beneath the way a woman moves through her life often exists a deeper inner world quietly shaping it all. The fears she learned to carry. The patterns she unconsciously repeats. The conditioning that taught her who she needed to be in order to feel loved, accepted, worthy, or safe.
Inside the Seasonal Atelier, women begin learning how to see themselves more honestly beneath those layers. Through Human Design, reflection, meaningful conversation, and seasonal exploration, what once felt unconscious slowly becomes more visible. Not through judgment but through greater awareness, compassion, discernment, and self-understanding.
At the heart of this work is the belief that a woman’s life begins to change when she is finally able to meet herself fully and recognize the beauty, wisdom, and radiance that have always existed within her. Not beauty as appearance, but as the way she lives, loves, chooses, receives, relates, and experiences herself within her own life.
Much of this work has been born through my own lived experience. Through recognizing the ways I once abandoned myself through conditioning, relationships, fear, overgiving, guilt, scarcity, and the inability to truly receive. Through learning how deeply the relationship a woman has with herself quietly shapes the life surrounding her.
The Seasonal Atelier was created as a space where women can begin unraveling those patterns with honesty, depth, and care, while reconnecting to the truth of who they are beneath everything they were taught to be. A space where beauty is no longer something pursued externally, but something experienced from within and reflected outward into the life they create.

There was a season in my life where I looked like I was holding everything together while quietly feeling disconnected within myself. I knew what it felt like to keep giving even when I was exhausted. To carry guilt around rest, receiving, and choosing myself. To shape parts of who I was around what was needed, expected, or accepted while slowly losing touch with my own inner truth in the process.
For a long time, I did not realize how deeply my relationship with myself was shaping every part of my life. The relationships I chose. The way I moved through the world. My relationship with beauty, money, worthiness, and the life I believed I was allowed to live. I deeply longed for a beautiful and meaningful life, yet I was unconsciously repeating the very patterns that kept me disconnected from it.
A Note From My Heart
why I created the Seasonal Atelier
What changed my life was not becoming someone new. It was beginning to see myself clearly.
Through Human Design, reflection, lived experience, and the wisdom so graciously bestowed before me, I slowly began recognizing the patterns, fears, emotional habits, and beliefs I had carried for so long. And through that awareness, I began returning to myself with greater honesty, compassion, discernment, and care.
The Seasonal Atelier was created from that lived experience
I created this space because I know what it feels like to lose yourself while still appearing strong, loving, capable, and put together. I know the exhaustion of over-giving. The pain of self-abandonment. The quiet emptiness of living disconnected from your own needs, desires, and truth while trying to be everything for everyone else.
And I also know the beauty of slowly finding your way back to yourself again.
The Seasonal Atelier was intentionally created as a gentle entry point into this work. A collective space where women can gather, reflect, reconnect to themselves, and be supported within a shared experience of self-understanding, inner beauty, and meaningful personal transformation.
This work is deeply personal to me because it is not something I speak about from the outside looking in. It is something I have lived, walked through, and continue to embody within my own life. My hope is that every woman who enters this space feels seen within her own experience and begins reconnecting to the beauty, wisdom, radiance, and truth that has always existed within her.

Each season unfolds over the course of three months and is offered only once each year. This allows every gathering to hold its own depth, focus, and emotional landscape while creating space for meaningful integration over time. Each season stands on its own while also becoming part of a larger unfolding.

Three month seasonal Experience
We gather live twice monthly in intimate group sessions designed for reflection, conversation, and meaningful exploration. Sessions are held live and are not recorded. The Seasonal Atelier is a space of presence, inviting participants to prioritize the season they are choosing to enter.

Each seasonal experience begins with a private welcome and orientation process designed to help you settle gently into the space and understand the rhythm of the season ahead.
Gatherings are held live twice monthly within an intimate and thoughtfully curated group environment. Within each gathering, Human Design themes are explored through reflection, conversation, and lived experience.
Following our time together, participants receive personalized contemplative materials and custom Human Design reports created specifically around the themes explored and how they uniquely express through their own design and lived experience.
This experience is intentionally spacious. Women are never expected to share beyond what feels natural, nor arrive with prior knowledge of Human Design. The Seasonal Atelier is designed to be entered slowly, honestly, and at your own pace.
